Stealth air-cooled chillers deliver an industry-leading combination of part-load and full-load efficiencies and the lowest published sound levels for an air-cooled chiller in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning industry. The myPLV chiller performance evaluation tool offers a quick and simple option for chiller economic comparisons. The customized myPLV value is calculated based on individual criteria, reflecting specific chiller installation location, building purpose and chiller plant design.
Advantage™VRF, variable refrigerant systems, featuring variable-speed compressor technology, offer customizable solutions for improved temperature control and occupant comfort in an energy-efficient package that reduces operating expenses. These systems include ‘smart inverter’ compressors and feature an upgraded vapor injection system.

Educational Session
Mike Dillard, sales manager, existing building solutions, Trane, and Terry Bickham, director of energy services and solutions in the global services group, Trane, will demonstrate how to “hear” what a building has to say and how to translate that data into actionable information through three real-world examples.
The presentation will feature the analysis of three office buildings in very different climate zones. Presenters will identify energy conservation measures recommended or discerned from the analysis and the expectations of the work completed will be used to examine how the methods might be applied to audience members’ situations. They will hone in on the definitions, need and availability of interval metering data, including smart metering, third party sources such as utilities, and internal or organic means of data harvesting.
